These singers have been chosen by Blake Shelton to compete on “The Voice”, The new season of “The Voice” has begun, and coaches Camila Cabello, Blake Shelton, John Legend, and Gwen Stefani have begun to assemble their teams of performers.

IN LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: The judges on “The Voice” occasionally receive significantly tougher feedback from the audience. Despite the fact that Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani were blown away by Derek and Katelyn Dryes’ performance of “Islands in the Stream,” the audience was underwhelmed.

The singer managed to convince husband-and-wife team Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani to compete for her after the performance since it was so impressive. Even though she didn’t vote for her, Camila Cabello, a fellow judge, was moved by Cara’s singing and enthusiastically joined in during her performance. The aspiring singer, who demonstrated her prowess in country music, stunned most people with her choice of instructor.

But on Tuesday night (Sept. 24), everything changed when he managed to snag not one, but two vocalists for the first half of the broadcast. Shelton first signed Kate Kalbach, who performed “Rainbow,” an audition song by Kacey Musgraves. Her performance was shown the previous evening during the Season 22 debut.

Lape performed Niall Horan’s “This Town.” The only coach among the four to flip a chair for Lape was Coach Blake Shelton, but after learning how old Lape was, the other coaches felt they might have erred.

The No Doubt frontwoman may have misjudged Blake Shelton in that specific area, but the country singer has acknowledged that he knew very little about Gwen Stefani before to their encounter on The Voice Season 7, which aired back in 2014.

He claimed that despite being from Orange County, he had never realized the significance of oranges in No Doubt’s music videos or album artwork. Whether or not he recognized his ex-music girlfriend’s when a candidate used her song “Cool” in her audition in 2016 is still unknown.

Brayden Lape

The Michigan-based vocalist, 15, accidentally made Shelton’s squad since the country music legend was the only judge to move during the blind audition. But after singing “This Town” by Niall Horan, Lape acknowledged that Shelton was still his top pick.

Kevin Hawkins

During the blind audition round, a middle school piano teacher gave a jazzy interpretation of Stevie Wonder’s “Isn’t She Lovely.” Stefani utilized her one and only block of the round to stop Legend from grabbing Hawkins after noticing the artist’s resemblance to Legend.

Bryce Leatherwood

Bryce Leatherwood had three coaches fighting for his attention after his blind audition performance of Conway Twitty’s “Goodbye Time”: Shelton, Stefani, and Legend. Legend praised the “richness” of Leatherwood’s voice, while Stefani, who is married to Shelton, declared that despite not being a country music performer, she had a profound affinity for the genre.

Kate Kalvach

The pop/country singer was the final performer on “The Voice” night one, but viewers had to wait until night two to find out who she chose. Despite Cabello promising the 27-year-old singer that she might be her team’s “secret weapon,” Kalvach, who is from Oklahoma City, chose fellow Oklahoman Shelton as her first choice.

Madison Hughes

Madison Hughes acknowledged to the “Voice” coaches that she is still pretty new to live performance, despite having performed in front of a camera and on social media. However, that didn’t work against the Florida singer, 25, who caught Shelton, Stefani, and Cabello’s attention with her country-tinged performance of Bob Dylan’s “Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door.”

The Dryes

In their blind audition, Nashville’s The Dryes, a husband and wife team, sang the timeless Kenny Rogers/Dolly Parton duet “Islands in the Stream,” which caught the eye of Shelton and Stefani, the other married couple on the show.
